[Sbs_software] additions to SBS-offline

Hello,

I have just pushed to the master branch of SBS-offline a update including
the clustering for the timing hodoscope. This permits to check the
association between tracks and the hodoscope to evaluate the tracks
timing.
I did rename some of the hodoscope output variables after discussion with
Rachel and with her agreement.
I have made a minor revision to the SBSSimDecoder, in order to set the
blocks numbering convention for the BigBite preshower and Shower identical
for the simulation and the real data.

I have updated the database for the BigBite preshower, shower, and
hodoscope, *in SBS-replay*, in a specific directory called DB_MC (the
databases in SBS-offline will stop being tracked tonight).

Apart from Rachel who has received an heads up, most of those changes
*should* be transparent to all of you, but hit me up if it is not the case
and I inadvertently broke something.
