[Sbs_software] Updated panguin installation on a-onl for convenience

Hello all,

I have updated the panguin installation on aonlX machines so that running is more convenient. Now panguin will search $SBS_REPLAY/onlineGUIconfig/ for configuration files by default, so instead of having to type, e.g.,

panguin -r runnumber -f $SBS_REPLAY/onlineGUIconfig/file.cfg

you can just do:

panguin -r runnumber -f file.cfg

(assuming file.cfg exists under $SBS_REPLAY/onlineGUIconfig).
