[Sbs_software] No SBS software meeting today and software meetings organization update

Hello all,

As we are just returning from the long holiday weekend, I will not hold a general software meeting today. As discussed at last week’s meeting, now that the GEN-RP/K-LL run is finished, the general software meeting will shift to an emphasis on preparations for GEP and I will resume its organization and running for the time being. The GEN-RP/K_LL analysis will be the subject of its own dedicated meeting (currently Fridays, 9 AM), organized by Jiwan Poudel.

While any simulation/software/analysis-related issues can be raised for this meeting, this Tuesday meeting will primarily focus on GEP, and each completed experiment now has its own dedicated analysis meeting.

For now, we’ll keep the usual Tuesday 10:30 time. We’ll kick off the new meeting format next week.
