[Sbs_software] [EXTERNAL] SBS General Software Meetings during Jan-May 2025

Dear All,

This email is about the SBS Software Meetings for the period of Jan-May (the university Spring Semester period).

 As Andrew is busy with increased teaching load, he requested me to moderate the SBS software meetings during this time. Since we all will be very occupied preparing and running the GEp experiment in the upcoming months, I suggest we hold the software meetings at an as-needed basis. From the poll we had towards the end of last year to find a meeting time, it seems like Monday early afternoon works the best for the majority of people so we will hold the meetings at Mondays 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm EST, when the meetings are going to be held.
If you have an update on GEp related software work or would like to have a discussion on a software related issue, please let me know preferably by Friday the week before, or if not by the end of the weekend (or Monday morning for last minute urgent issues).
