[Shms_users] Re-submission of E12-09-002

Dear collaborators -

As you may recall, PAC34 conditionally approved E12-09-002, "Charge 
Symmetry Violating Quark Distributions via Precise Measurement of 
pi+/pi− Ratios in Semi–inclusive Deep Inelastic Scattering."

We are re-submitting to PAC37 to try and obtain full approval.  In 
addition, pending full approval, we will be up for a beam time award 
under the "Low-energy tests of the Standard Model and Fundamental 
Symmetries" category that is being evaluated at this PAC.

Please see the attachment for an updated version of the proposal - it is 
substantially the same with some modifications in kinematics to be more 
compatible with other semi-inclusive measurements in Hall C.

Although the deadline for submission is Wednesday, Dec. 1, we would 
appreciate any comments you might have. In addition, if you are not on 
the collaboration list on the front and wish to be included, please let 
us know.
