[Shms_users] Inclusive 3He(e,e') Form Factor Proposal

Dear Colleagues,

We apologize for the late notice, but we wanted to inform you of a new
proposal that was submitted to PAC 39 last week.  We aim to perform a
high precision measurement of GEn and GMn between Q2 of 1 and 2.6 GeV2
in Hall C from inclusive quasi-elastic scattering from a polarized 3He
target.  We plan to make use of the polarized 3He target that is being
developed for the A1n and d2n experiments.

We are happy to receive comments and suggestions up until the PAC takes
