[Sns_ppu_group] SNS PPU CD-3b Approval!

Hi All,

I heard news from Matt Howell that Cd-3b approval was received yesterday.  Matt tells me that we are on track to receive funding in September.

Congratulations!  We've got more work to do and fortunately the funding to do it!
