Subject: JLab SNS PPU Organizational Announcement

A Message from Ed Daly, JLAB Senior Team Leader for the SNS PPU Project:

Effective 1-October, Naeem Huque will assume Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities for the next year taking over for Katherine Wilson.

Katherine will remain an integral part of the PPU project team providing support as an SME and SOTR for many of the procurements that are in process, and lending expertise as engineering lead for the string assembly work center during production. I'd like to thank her for the excellent work she has done in the past year leading us through the procurement phase successfully.

Naeem is ramping down as in his role as LCLS-II CAM as the CM production effort is successfully wrapping up. As SNS PPU CAM, he will lead the ramp up of SNS PPU production as we begin qualifying and tanking cavities, building the first cavity string and assembling the first of the cryomodules. I'm looking forward to his engagement and expertise in this new role.

The project is nearing the halfway point - we are just about 50% complete. Let's all continue working together to keep PPU on track.

Please forward this announcement to others who may have an interest.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Best Regards,

Ed
