This week the klystron gallery construction achieved substantial completion with the energization of all equipment on permanent power, and the project began transitioning to the installation of technical equipment.  The deionized water piping and pumps have been filled, tested, and drained.  Installation of cable trays, cable, and mechanical supports is essentially complete.  Punch list and closeout items will be the focus going forward, and there is some additional HVAC and deionized water system controls work to be completed.  The first cavity string is complete at Jefferson Lab and has been moved from the clean room to the cryomodule assembly area where cold mass assembly is beginning.  Fourteen cavities have been qualified to date in vertical testing.  Testing of RF loads and the prototype RFQ-DTL modulator is ongoing, and the first SCL klystron has shipped from the vendor.  Final design completeness was certified for the injection dump dipole magnet and power supply, which supports proceeding with procurement of these items.  Synchronization of the five-year operations plan and PPU installation plans is nearing completion.  The monthly conference call with BES was conducted, and the project has a few action items to complete as a result.
