[Sns_ppu_group] SNS-PPU charge codes

Good afternoon,

As a reminder, charges for work on the SNS-PPU 8th CM should be charged to a code beginning with P8 or PA instead of PU.  For example: PUSTSA should be PASTSA, PUFCMA should be P8FCMA.  Work on CM-07 should continue to be charged to the PU charge codes.   This applies to the current and future time sheets, no need to go back to revise processed/approved ones.
