<p class="x_MsoNormal">PPU is assessing the impact on operational costs in the post-PPU era with input the operations divisions. The project controls team is beginning preparations for participation in a review of the ORNL earned value systems, scheduled for
next month. In the superconducting area, at our partner JLab a bare cavity was accepted following a high-pressure rinse, for use in the 7th cryomodule string. In the RF area, the German vendor for the new RF circulators visited SNS to witness the
successful high-power acceptance of the first article. Also, the first new high voltage convertor modulator enclosure was placed in the klystron gallery. In the ring area, at FNAL insulation of the first new magnet coil winding started and the winding of the
second coil started. In the target area progress continued on the target overflow tank plan for the credited sub-system. Also, the SNS carpenter building has been cleared, in preparation for demolition to make room for the RTBT stub construction.</p>
