<p class="x_MsoNormal">This week the PPU project controls team is preparing material for the upcoming August director’s review. In the superconducting RF area, the third cryomodule from our partner Jab was high power tested, and as with the first 2 cryomodules
it exceeds the performance requirements. In the RF area we received the initial transmitter control console from the vendor. We plan to install it and complete shakeout with SNS personnel. In the ring area the calibration test stand for the beam power limiting
system is now running and being used for component calibrations. In the target area test target 2 arrived from the vendor and is planned for installation in the upcoming outage. This is the first complete 2-MW design target that has been delivered. In the
klystron gallery installation, the first two tanks containing 3 klystrons each are in place now in support of the power ramp-up this fall.
