I am working with IT on migrating/moving the M:drive Project folders to a <span style="color: rgb(12, 136, 42);">
<b>new Multi-Lab Partnerships (MLP) SharePoint site</b></span>. These project folders include:
<span style="color: rgb(94, 50, 124);"><b>LCLS-II</b></span>,<span style="color: rgb(12, 100, 192);"><b> SNS_PPU</b></span>,
<span style="color: rgb(147, 69, 17);"><b>LCLS-2-HE</b></span> (and the <span style="color: rgb(87, 6, 6);">
<b>L2CMRB</b></span> Project folder which has been created on the new SharePoint site).</div>

Please tell me if you "own" a specific folder (i.e., procurement folders) with <u>
limited access</u> in these Project folders on the M:drive. If you do, <b>please provide me the M:drive folder location by COB, Monday, April 28th</b> - this will ensure that we keep this particular folder limited/restricted.</div>

Please take a moment to help "clean-up" these project folders by deleting old or irrelevant documents as needed. It is important to close all project documents; otherwise, an open document may be lost if it remains open during the migration.</div>

The target dates to migrate these project folders from the M:drive to the new MLP Project SharePoint site is
