[Solid_baffle] baffle file

I have added the 1D acceptance plots here

The new baffle "3.5degblock" has a little less acceptance than the 
"babar more1 block"

Paul, should I optimized for 0.5<x<0.8 instead of current 0.35<x<0.8?
I maybe able to improve acceptance this way.
