[Solid_baffle] Baffle writeup

Also I have checked into the software repository the following files in
subsystems/baffle/baffle_solid_gemc/:

solid_PVDIS_baffle.pl
config_solid_PVDIS_baffle_CLEO2.dat
solid_PVDIS_baffle_CLEO2_geometry.pl
solid_PVDIS_baffle_CLEO2__parameters_Original.txt

With these the command ./solid_PVDIS_baffle.pl
config_solid_baffle_CLEO2.dat will generate database files for several
versions of the new baffles.
