[Solid_cc] MAROC as default readout?

Alex said that we can assume MAROC as default readout for both LGC and 
HGC now

There are also ideas of adding TDC for LGC as trigger
Alex can explain it better.

We probably want to think about what to use for the upcoming beamtest.
Even we can find and borrow enough MAROC readout, it still needs time to 
setup its software chain.
Or we can think of using a simple summing board.

For the simple board which was regarded as default option previously, we 
can still make it
But using MAROC as default changes the goal and scope of its making and 
testing.
If you want to use this as readout for beamtest, it has to be worked on 
quickly.

Alex,Chao and I plan to meet with Jack at 2PM on Monday.
We probably should meet at 1:15PM for half an hour to clarify our need 
first.
