I would not recommend this solution especially for PVDIS. The reflectivity of the mirrors is quite small at 200nm. To take full advantage of the wavelength shifter coating it would be important to have the reflectivity optimized so that it is still high down to 180 nm.
The SANE experiment Cherenkov mirrors coated at CERN used in conjunction with quartz 3” tubes had on average 84% down to 180 nm and dropped to 80% at 160nm.
