[Solid_cc] 1st SoLID LGC and HGC joint meeting, focusing on engineering

Dear All

During the collaboration meeting on weekend, we identified a few things 
related to LGC and HGC
1. both LGC and HGC requested 10cm downstream movement, how will it 
affect things?
2. LGC design using 6 sectors which doesn't match with HGC 10 sector 
design. This tends to create more background and dead area.
3. How can we make sure our windows don't touch each other and any 
safety concern
4. maybe more

So we propose to have our 1st joint meeting between HGC and LGC.
The tentative date is next Tuesday or Wednesday.

There are more shared things between LGC and HGC, including 
readout,mirror etc, but this time we should focus on engineering.
It's important to have engineers attend, so that we can be better 
prepared on next next Monday morning when there would be another SoLID 
weekly meeting focusing on detector layout.
