Hi, Xiaochao,

I would expect so. 

Since I got time for studying one configuration, I picked SIDIS forward since it has the widest coverage in momentum bins. But I would expect similar change in performance for the PVDIS and SIDIS large-angle calorimeters. Also for the PVDIS case, as far as I can see the background dominates the variation in performance.
