[Solid_daq] 5th update on the PVDIS background

Dear All,

Thanks to Zhiwen to update the EC background with the "MORE1" baffle.
Thereafter, the EC performance was simulated again as the fifth update on
the PVDIS EC:

n%20Meeting/UpdateOnPVIDSEC.pdf

In short, significant improvement in performance was observed. However,
background is still strong for the inner radius region within the
high-radiation azimuthal sectors, which is now dominated by photons.
Downstream study from Zhiwen would quantify the new total trigger rate.

All plots and their data points are saved to the SVN for the technical
writeup. In particular, the trigger turn-on curves are saved to data file:

The text for the writeup are not changed, pending decision on these plots.

Cheers,

Jin
