[Solid_daq] [Solid_ec] EC trigger update with photon block

Dear Zhiwen,

Nice finding! The blocks also help a little bit in getting rid of pion 
background.
Just a few questions. Can you remind me what are "more1" and "more1 
trigger" in your slides? Also, you put the photon blocks in between 
R=110 to 200 right in front of EC, So I do not expect much change in 
rates with R>200 in EC plane, but if we look at slide #10, I didn't see 
this behavior, on the contrary, I even found a hugh drop of photon rate 
beyond 190. Can you explain this, maybe I'm missing something.
