[Solid_daq] SoLID EC/DAQ meeting Wednesday 1-3pm

Hi, All

I updated the result with more1 block trig.
The trig rate is done by another 2 and at 0.23MHz per sector while the 
max allowed is 1MHz per sector for EC
Err_Apv at high x doesn't really affect by the trig cut.
