[Solid_daq] SoLID EC/DAQ meeting minutes 3/26

Hi, Xiaochao and Alex,

I talked to Thia about getting support for designing base two days ago. Thia suggested us to talking to Drew
to get help first. They continued the work on base and should be able to help us. The idea is to keep it on the division. Alex, please contact Drew.
