[Solid_daq] Minutes of 4/28 EC meeting, and no meeting this Thursday 5/5

Minutes for last Thursday's meeting have been posted:

I have included a table to show the scintillator information from all vendors we have used so far, but I am still waiting to confirm which Chinese vendor/sci type we are currently using to assemble the prototypes. 

Given that it is the long labor day vacation week in China now, and the SoLID collaboration meeting is this weekend, I suggest we skip the ECal meeting for this Thursday, 5/5/2016.  If you have things to discuss, please do so by emails.
