After a two-week break, we will resume the EC meeting at 9:30am EST tomorrow, Thursday 8/3. The location at JLab is CC F227.

Here is a tentative list of things to discuss:
1) Update on SPD simulation (Sanghwa, if applicable);
2) How do we prepare for beam test at Beijing IHEP? -- beam time request? equipment? setup? personnel?
3) Beam test preparation for Fermilab - beam time request? coordination with GEM? equipment? setup? personnel? 
4) Update from THU (Chendi, Yi Wang);
5) Update from SDU (?);
6) Update on Ecal simulation (Ye Tian Syracuse);
7) Update on test lab status, SPD timing update (Ye Tian SDU);
8) anything else? 

If you have slides to present, please email them to everyone by replying to this email (or to me but only if there is a problem with the Reply-All) before the meeting. I will download and post them on the minutes page for bluejean sharing.
