[Solid_ec] SoLID EC meeting at 10am tomorrow

After seeing the layout of Hexagon, I think we should try to use SPD to 
cover all the EC area from 85 to 240cm in next round of background 
simulation.
To estimate the seperation now, Jin can just use the fitting formula and 
extrapolate to these values and we should have a rough number for IHEP.
