[Solid_ec] SoLID EC meeting at 10am tomorrow

This is a reminder that we will have our weekly SoLID EC meeting tomorrow at 10am.  I have attached the updated report from Todd and Wouter on the Multi-anode PMT study. There have been minor modifications on the references.
