[Solid_ec] minor update on the SIDIS LAEC layout sideview

Hi, Paul

I update the SIDIS LAEC layout sideview for the hexagon shape at the 
last slide.
It's mainly to make the forward and large angle to be more accurate at 
14.85 degree instead of 14.7 degree I put there previously.
Other numbers are changed accordingly.
