[Solid_ec] SoLID EC/DAQ meeting Wednesday 1:00-2:30pm

1) Calculation of MAPMT or PMT anode current and gain for SPD, PS and Shower;
2) It will be very helpful if someone can remind everyone and/or review why we can't use SiPM or APD?
3) PMT cost estimate;
4) EC cost estimate (update from IHEP).
5) Other things that people may want to report.
