[Solid_ec] New meeting time and location

Dear All:

At today's EC meeting it was decided to move the meeting to every Tuesday 2:30-3:45pm. I have made room reservation up to end of this year. Most weeks the meeting will be held in F228, except for 6 weeks this summer which will be in F227. 

I will send out the meeting minutes soon.
