[Solid_ec] minutes from yesterday's EC meeting and more updates from Rakitha

Minutes from yesterday's EC meeting has been posted here:

In addition, with some hard work, Rakitha made a major progress yesterday evening (see his updated slides posted on the minutes page, file ecal_energy_resolution_6.pdf, which he produced AFTER the meeting). It looks his energy resolution results are consistent with Jin's to 0.7% now for the 6+1 cluster case. This has solved a major issue which has been around for over six months.

It also indicate that it is not necessary to record 14 blocks in the data stream. One cluster (7 blocks) should be sufficient for off-line analysis.  But please let me know if you disagree.

For the next step I suggest Rakitha to 1) produce the intrinsic dE/E for the SIDIS Ecal(s), thus reproduce Jin's intrinsic dE/E plot with all three Ecals on the same plot; and 2) Add endcaps to study how thick material we can tolerate.
