[Solid_ec] new time/location for SoLID EC/DAQ meeting

Dear All:

Effective this week we will have the SoLID EC/DAQ meeting on Thursday at 9am.  Starting next week (10/1) the meeting will be combined with the SoLID simulation meeting.

The meeting this week will be held in CC L210A. Starting next week the meetings will be held in TED 2561A (weekly repeats).

I will send out meeting reminders for the new phone line and location every Wednesday.
