Hi Xiaochao,

I will be late or miss tomorrow's meeting, but hopefully for the last time as tomorrow is my last class of this semester. I discussed with Jixie on Monday about FTBF analysis to determine the relative position of ECal modules w.r.t. beam and with Ye about ECal simulation on Tuesday. I hope I can report something next week.
