[Solid_ec] Meeting time plan

Dear All:

We skipped this week's ECal meeting because of the SoLID collaboration meeting.  I'd like to plan for future meetings both for the winter break and the spring. I will be teaching MWF in the spring and thus would like to move the ECal meeting to Thursday 8am EST.  In addition, I won't be available on Wed 1/5, Thur 1/6, Wed 1/12 and Thur 1/13.  This means our first meeting of the new year will be Thursday 1/20.  I'd like to meet one more time for the remainder of this year, on 12/22.

Please let me know if it's okay to:
-- meet at 8am on Wednesday 12/22
-- meet at 8am on Thursday 1/20 and every two weeks at 8am on Thursdays.
