[Solid_ec] ECal test analysis kickoff meeting (Wed. Feb. 3rd 1pm EST)

Dear All:

We will have a "kick-off" meeting at 1pm Eastern time tomorrow, Wednesday Feb 3rd. I will be using the same bluejean as our regular ECal meeting, see below.

A tentative agenda is:
-- data collection summary
-- status of MWPC decoder and Cherenkov data
-- plan for calibration
-- plan for full analysis and timeline (one-month goal, 3-month goal, etc)

I am hoping either Jixie or David will be leading the discussions.
