[Solid_ec] ECal meeting 1pm Wednesday Feb. 17

Dear All:

We are shifting back to the schedule two weeks ago: we will meet at 1pm Eastern time tomorrow, Wednesday Feb. 17th, to discuss progress on the ECal study and FTBF data analysis.   Starting next week, we will shift back to early morning hours for the Chinese groups to join.

Here is a tentative agenda:

1) Digitization and light yield integration into simulaition (Ye?)
2) MWPC TDC module and event patterns - Jixie (may keep it short since we talked to UIC group about this task)
3) ECal block calibration, Cherenkov signal channel diagnostics, etc - Jixie
4) Other topics
