[Solid_ec] ECal meeting 9am EDT Thursday April 21

We will have our next ECal and beam test meeting at 9am EDT tomorrow, Thursday April 21.  I expect this will be longer than one hour. A suggested agenda is given below.

-- beam test document and request -- we should aim for wrapping this up
-- beam test preparation status
-- simulation?
