[Solid_ec] Beam test meeting at 3pm today (Monday Dec. 19)

Dear All:

We will move the beamtest/ECal meeting to 3pm today, Dec. 19th, (so that we don't have to meet on Thursday):

Suggested agenda:
-- overall plan for high rate test, including beamline shielding
-- scintillator and GEM status (summary from last Thursday + update)
-- FADC readout status (Alexadandre contacting Bryan)
-- cosmic test plan (scintillator, FADC, Cherenkov MAROC + existing, preshower backup)
-- Cherenkov status (need Chao and Zein-Eddine's participation)
