[Solid_ec] Meeting Thursday Dec. 22nd (time TBD)

Dear All:

We need a beam test preparation/status meeting tomorrow, Thursday Dec. 22nd.  My understanding is that the team will be working with the techs in the hall, and thus my tentative thoughts are that we should have the meeting in the afternoon after most work in the hall is done.

I will send out another announcement once the time is determined.
