Let's meet at 1pm tomorrow, Thursday Dec. 29th, to discuss beam test preparation status.

Reminder: 
-- We should wrap up the Cherenkov MAROC readout test before the end of this week, and then we should restore the previous Cherenkov readout and we should have taken enough cosmic data for trigger testing before Tuesday Jan. 3rd.
-- If anyone has looked at cosmic data, please prepare a few slides.

Dear All:

We need a beam test preparation/status meeting tomorrow, Thursday Dec. 22nd.  My understanding is that the team will be working with the techs in the hall, and thus my tentative thoughts are that we should have the meeting in the afternoon after most work in the hall is done.

I will send out another announcement once the time is determined.
