[Solid_ec] ECal meeting 9:30am EST Thursday Feb. 10th (note change of time)

Dear All:

We will have our next ECal+beamtest meeting at 9:30am (US Eastern time), tomorrow, Thursday Feb. 17th.

Given that we had two meetings last week, I expect this to be a short one. We will touch base on the status of FTBF simulation and beam test planning
