We will meet at 9am on Thursday, Nov. 3rd, to discuss ECal and beamtest status. List of topics/tasks to be discussed:
-- GEM HDMI cable length/pedestal correction status - Jimmy
-- Work plan and PID update - Mike
-- trigger setup for high-rate test (hardware design status) - Jixie
-- DAQ/software issues and preparation - Jixie

(I need to leave by 10am but I hope we can cover most of above within one hour)
