[Solid_ec] SoLID ECal meeting (9am 9/22)

Dear All:

We will meet at 9am tomorrow, Sept. 22nd, to discuss ECal and beamtest status.  I am planning to have a short meeting: 45-60 minutes, thus we will focus on quick updates -- detector and beam test status, and analysis.  Detailed planning for the high-rate move can wait for next week.
