[Solid_ec] SoLID Ecal Meeting 9am August 17th

Dear All:

We will hold our next EC meeting at 9am ET, Thursday August 17th. (We will shift the time to 2pm starting next week, August 24th).

Suggested items to discuss:
- rate dependence of baseline and gain (Ye, Mike)
- LASPD and scintillator timing (Carter)
- plan for continuing classical PID
- discussion of an outline of *some* writeup (Xiaochao)
