[Solid_ec] SoLID ECal meeting (4pm Jan. 5th) -- note time change

Dear All:

Because local people will be busy in the hall, we will have our ECal meeting at 4pm tomorrow, Jan. 5th, (instead of 9am).

We will focus on:
-- radiation level at the beam dump area
-- Cherenkov gain curve
-- cosmic2 data analysis

Hopefully we will conclude by 5:15pm.
