[Solid_ec] SoLID ECal meeting 10:30am Jan. 26 (Note different time)

Dear All:

We will hold our next EC meeting tomorrow, January 26th. Due to a JLUO UGBOD meeting, I need to change the ECal meeting to start at 10:30am. Hope this works for everyone.

We will focus on:
-- beam test status update and fixes
-- perhaps we can go through Xinzhan's slides, which he will present later in the day.
