[Solid_ec] Note time change: 11am SoLID Ecal Meeting Dec. 19th

We will have our next ECal meeting at 11am ET tomorrow, Thursday Dec. 19th.  Please note that we need to change the meting time to 11am due to my other time constraints.

Here is a suggested agenda:
