Hello,

Several thoughts on the 6.25/side hex modules. The modules will
be wrapped in some way to assure light tightness, so should we
build the base modules as 6.25 cm - 0.075 cm wrapping = 6.125
cm/side modules, or should we wrap on the outside of the 6.25
envelope? In addition to this, Vic would like an additional
0.05cm between the modules to allow for fabrication tolerance in
the modules. Again, this could be added on to the module size in
the layout, or subtracted from the module size in fabrication. In
other words, in the drawing below, which of the two arrows on the
left do we wish to have as 6.25*sin 60? I have a slight
preference for including the gap and coating within that, or we
could draw a third arrow in between.
Finally, how big of a gap do we need for the light tight coating?
