[Solid_gem] Fwd: Re: Solid GEM monthly meeting on Wednesday

Dear All

  This month we tested the GEM again and checked the full system
carefully. The gas mixer has many problems and caused the gain of the
GEM varing with time. To improve the stretching technology, we
de-assembled and re-assembled the detector serveral times, this caused
many sectors short. Now the detector stops working.

All the test results of thegain uniformity in the ppt file.
