[Solid_gem] RD51 mini-week at CERN from 11 Dec to 15 Dec

Dear all,

There will be a RD51 mini-week at CERN next month
from 11 Dec to 15 Dec. In the beginning of the mini-week,
there are open lectures on "Signal generation, modelling
and processing" for the Gaseous detectors. During the
mini-week, there will be review talks about the status
of developments for Micro-Pattern-Gaseous Detectors (MPGDs).
You will get up-to-date information about the GEM foil
production, GEM construction status at LHC, new Chip
development for MPGDs etc.

Considering the needs of large area GEM detectors for SoLID, I
think this meeting might be interesting to you. All the lectures,
talks will be web-casted via Vidyo at CERN. The meeting page
